Such people leave so much happiness in their wake, that even after they are gone, it becomes impossible to associate a permanent gloom of death with their memory. The lives they've lived, even if they've been cut short, become remarkable testimonials to the resilience of human spirit. Whenever I think of things he used to say, I feel light, I feel happy and I smile. His memory lifts my soul up. Long after he's gone, I feel he is teaching me 'jeene ka andaaz' through whatever memories I have of him. It must have been very hard for you considering you were very young.
