But what a lovely and upbeat way to remember him. This post reminds me of someone I lost too. Like your dad, he was full of joy.His humour was of an endearing and innocent nature. Such people leave so much happiness in their wake, that even after they are gone, it becomes impossible to associate a permanent gloom of death with their memory. The lives they've lived, even if they've been cut short, become remarkable testimonials to the resilience of human spirit. Whenever I think of things he used to say, I feel light, I feel happy and I smile. His memory lifts my soul up. Long after he's gone, I feel he is teaching me 'jeene ka andaaz' through whatever memories I have of him. It must have been very hard for you considering you were very young.
